The warranty periods and conditions are the same as those provided by the manufacturer of the respective product. You should carefully review the manufacturer's warranty conditions and washing instructions before using the product for the first time. Goods with defects that rightfully fall under the warranty will be repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent product. The handling of the warranty will be covered by Brooklyn except for the shipping costs incurred by the consumer to return the product to us.

If a product you purchased rightfully falls under the warranty, you should contact Brooklyn to arrange for repair or possible replacement.
