We work exclusively with recognized and experienced partners for online payments and use SSL technology to secure all your data. Your information can never be read by third parties. You can count on us to do everything possible to protect the security of your payment and personal data. We pride ourselves on going even further than what the rules prescribe.

For every purchase on the webshop, you will receive an invoice sent with your payment confirmation. Also, for purchases in our physical stores, you will receive a digital invoice via email on the same day.

You can do this with Klarna. Klarna is an alternative payment method that allows you to buy now and pay within 21 days. To use Klarna to pay for your purchase, choose Klarna during checkout. If you paid part of your order with ecocheques and intended to settle the remaining amount via Bancontact, it can exceptionally happen that the second payment fails or is canceled. In that case, your order does not fully process in our system.

No worries! Just contact our customer service via shop@brooklyn.be. We'll send you a payment link to easily pay the outstanding amount. Once the payment is completed, we can proceed with your order.

Good to know: paid eco and consumption cheques or purchasing power premiums cannot be refunded. This is handled outside our platform. If we need to refund an amount, you will always receive it in the form of a Brooklyn gift card. Just as fun and valid for 3 years.
