Is an item from the webshop always available?

If you can order the item, then it's in stock. Occasionally, there might be small temporary differences between the stock on our webshop and the actual stock. If this happens with your order and we can't deliver, we'll personally get in touch to find a suitable solution together. This could mean delivering your desired product later, offering you an alternative, or refunding your money to your bank account.

Is an item available in a Brooklyn store near me?

On our webshop, you can check the store stock for each item and even reserve your favorite piece in a store of your choice. This way, you know for sure that the piece you want to try on is in stock. Select your desired size and click on "check store stock" (this button is located just below the add to cart button).

Can I order an item that is not in stock?

You can only order items that are actually in stock. We need to have at least 2 pieces of an item in stock to list it online. If you're really keen on an item and want to check if we still have it in one of our stores or can reorder it, send us an email at shop@brooklyn.be. We'll do everything possible to make you happy. Promise!

Why can't I select the leg length?

It's likely that the pants you want to order are only available in one leg length. That's why you can't select the leg length.

Will a sold-out item be back in stock?

Is the size of a certain item no longer available? Then you can use our back in stock feature. This button appears on the product page when a piece is out of stock in certain sizes. Indicate which size you're missing there. Note: you need to be logged in for this feature. When the piece is back in stock, you'll be the first to receive an email.
