What are eco vouchers?

Employers have the option to add eco vouchers to their employees' salary package. They are intended for sustainable purchases and are valid for 2 years (non-renewable). Eco vouchers are issued by Sodexo, Monizze, and Edenred.

Can I pay with eco vouchers at Brooklyn?

Absolutely! We're committed to selecting more sustainable brands. Items that receive an eco-label can be paid for with eco vouchers at our store. You can use the following types of eco vouchers for this: Monizze (online & in our stores) Sodexo / Pluxee (online & in our stores) Edenred (online & in our stores )

How can I use eco vouchers online?

If you have an item with an eco-label in your shopping cart, you can pay for this item with eco vouchers. You will see the payment option under 'Checkout' in the ordering process. Note: you can only pay for this item with eco vouchers. Other non-eco items and shipping costs cannot be paid with eco vouchers. TIP: Check your card settings in your Pluxee, Edenred, or Monizze app. Online payments must be activated there before you can use the vouchers online.

What if the item is cheaper than the value of my eco vouchers?

If the eco item in your shopping cart is cheaper than the value of your eco vouchers, only the value of the eco item will be deducted from your eco vouchers. The balance will remain available on your eco vouchers.

What if the item is more expensive than the value of my eco vouchers?

If the eco item is more expensive than the value of your eco vouchers, the remaining amount will be paid with another payment method. Still select eco vouchers as the first payment method, so these are used first.

How do I know I can pay for an item with eco vouchers?

You can only pay with eco vouchers for clothing and accessories that consist of a minimum amount of ecological materials & are produced in a more sustainable way. These items are marked with our eco sticker, so you can recognize them immediately! Take a look at our more sustainable collection .

Which items receive an eco label?

Every piece of clothing that meets a minimum of 60% recycled or natural materials. Some of the more sustainable brands in our range are SKFK , Thinking Mu , Iriedaily , Armed Angels & Nudie Jeans .

Can I return an eco item?

Of course you can. Please note that returns paid with eco vouchers will be reimbursed with a Brooklyn gift voucher (valid for 3 years). This is because the payment via Eco vouchers is fully managed through the providers' platforms (Pluxee, Monizze, and Edenred). We cannot refund Eco vouchers back to your Eco vouchers card. Instead, you will be reimbursed with a Brooklyn gift card! A nice bonus, right? :)

What if my payment is canceled, but I have already (partially) paid with my ecocheques?

If you paid part of your order with eco vouchers and would like to pay the remaining amount via Bancontact, it may exceptionally happen that the second payment fails or is canceled. In that case, your order will not be fully processed in our system. No worries! Just contact our customer service via shop@brooklyn.be . We'll send you a payment link so you can easily pay the outstanding amount. Once the payment is completed, we can continue processing your order. Good to know: paid eco and consumption vouchers or purchasing power bonuses cannot be refunded. This is handled outside our platform. If we do need to refund an amount, you will always receive it in the form of a Brooklyn gift card. Just as fun and valid for up to 3 years.
